How to use warm edge butyl spacer?

<sup>1. After the glass is washed and dried by a washing machine (no oil stains or water stains), stick a spacer to the corner of one of the glass, straighten the spacer, and maintain a distance of 2.5mm-3mm from the edge of the glass. Wrap the spacer around the edge and install sealing tape at the interface. Leave a gap of 2mm-3mm at the sealing area, and leave an additional 20mm joint, insert the sealing tape in the gap, and then press the joint to tighten the sealing tape and pinch the joint;

2. Place another piece of glass on top of the pasted spacer glass. The two pieces of glass must be aligned and leveled up and down;

3. Feed the hollow glass pasted together into the hot press, the temperature of the hot press is controlled between 110-140 ℃, and the temperature of the outlet is controlled between 50-60 ℃;

4. The two-component silicone sealant can be applied normally according to the structural requirements, and the production of insulating glass is completed;

5. The sealing of this product must be carried out according to the flow chart of the sealing operation of the butyl spacer, otherwise the sealing may leak.</sup>
