1. Initial dew point: Test whether the air in the insulating glass is dry. The national standard stipulates that the dew point is equal to or lower than -40 degrees to be qualified.
2. Ultraviolet irradiation: Test whether the insulating glass sealant contains organic volatiles that affect the sight. Insulated glass samples are continuously irradiated with 300W ultraviolet lamps for 168h, and stored at a temperature of 23±2℃ for one week. No fog, oil or other contaminants should appear on the inner surface of insulating glass.
3. Seal inspection: test the softness and hardness of insulating glass sealant and whether there is leakage. The sample is kept under the condition of 10±0.5KPa lower than the ambient air pressure for 2.5h, and the thickness growth deviation is less than 15%.
4. High temperature and high humidity test: It mainly tests whether the adhesive strength of the sealant, water vapor transmission rate and effective adsorption capacity of molecular sieve meet the standard requirements. The sample was subjected to 224 cycles under high temperature and high humidity test conditions (humidity>95%, temperature regularly changing between 25-55℃). Each cycle of the gas in the insulating glass undergoes an expansion and contraction, which has higher requirements for the adhesion of the sealant. In addition, due to the high humidity, the water vapor transmission rate of the sealant should be low, and the molecular sieve should have a strong adsorption capacity
5. Climate cycle test: This is an aging resistance test, which is an investigation of the comprehensive performance of insulating glass. It simulates the four seasons of the year (cold, hot, wind, rain), each cycle must go through three stages of heating, natural cooling and forced cooling, a total of 320 cycles, the problem that is easy to appear in the inspection is the blowout of insulating glass , Opening and final dew point increase.
